Here's another wonderful recipe for Italian kitchen with an excellent main dish of meat to be served to your table: The meat Viterbo.
Put the beans in a bowl, cover with water and leave to soak for about 12 hours. Sgocciateli, put them in a saucepan covered with water, jump and cook for about 1 hour and 45 minutes.
