recipe for cream of carrot to ' star anise

Peel and wash the carrots, then cut into thin tocchetti.Affettate onions and let them simmer with olive oil in a saucepan. Add the carrots, and just let salete flavor.
Add the star anise, cover with the broth heat and let simmer until the carrots are soft. Remove the star anise, and then whisk the mixture. (Alternatively you can pass it to the mill.) Keep the cream warm.
So beat it all with a fork, cream and a pinch of salt because they take the salt and become fluid. Serve the soup in bowls with a spoonful of cream, a teaspoon of extra virgin olive 'oil and a bit of toast.
